As Chief Executive of Culham St Gabriel’s Trust, one of the things I enjoy most about my job is sending confirmation of grant awards to successful applicants. Culham St Gabriel’s is an endowed charitable foundation. This means we have a regular income that enables us to
run programmes and activities, such as RE:ONLINE, as well as awarding grants. In most cases I have built up a relationship with the applicant over the previous few months. They may have attended one of our Apply for a Grant online events or we may have had a one-to-one chat about their ideas before they apply. I love hearing about innovative and creative ideas as they are developed. In this short article I am going to celebrate some of the great initiatives we have supported in the last year or so, and highlight some to watch out for in the coming months.
